Tasks
- Monitor customer success and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Handle administrative and billing tasks related to customer accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Provide accurate and reliable information about products and services
- Daily account management and relationship management with existing customers
- Working closely with the sales team
- Manage customer contracts, including renewals, extensions, and modifications
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience in Customer relations, Customer success or Customer account management
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Customer-centric mindset, empathy
- Confident Italian and English language skills (C1 level, written and spoken)
- Experience in handling customer contracts, renewals, or service extensions
